The Experience Makers

Celestyal Cruises needed more than a visual rebrand, they needed a distinct voice to cut through a crowded hospitality market. The real challenge was transforming high-level brand ambition into genuine, unscripted human behaviors, trading rigid corporate scripts for personal, confident guest connections.

We built a dynamic service culture from the deck up, replacing vague guidelines with role clarity and shared behavioral standards. By equipping the crew with intuitive toolkits and live feedback loops, we turned daily service into a synchronized performance, anchoring a bold new experience platform under a single defining mantra: "Know your ship, know your stage."

SOFT GOODS

The form and patterns of the soft goods are taken from Aeromexico’s emblem: the iconic Caballero Aguila. A symbol of strength and cultural pride rooted in Aztec heritage.

DININGWARE

The premier-one class serving-ware is a diverse 15-piece collection designed for flexible, rotating usage. Each piece is designed to carry the culture of Mexico.

The materiality was informed by a dialogue between traditional and contemporary ceramics. The palette features the deep reds of Jalisco terracotta, the signature blacks of Oaxacan clay, and blue-tinted glassware inspired by traditional tequila bottles crafted from recycled glass.
