We collaborated with The Coca-Cola Company to develop their North American recruitment platform and employee experience mantra, centered around the rallying cry "Thirst For More." This mission transforms the brand's iconic association with refreshment into a mindset for professional growth, acting as a call to action for those with a mindset for innovation and personal impact.

By developing a refreshed graphic language and comprehensive brand system, we built a versatile framework that reached 79,000 employees across the organisation. This unified identity provided a consistent voice for the brand's values with a clear, motivating purpose for its workforce.

The identity works as a modular construction kit. By distilling geometric brand assets into a series of foundational building blocks, we created a system that prioritises both individual clarity and collective impact. This synergy of forms ensures that the brand remains distinct yet unified, visualising a core truth; that we are always more interesting, and more capable, when we act together.
