As strategic brand experience partner, we are re-imagining Delta’s brand through a new hospitality lens. A complete redefinition of their in-cabin and ground experience, through a new, future facing look and feel across their fleet of 900 aircraft.

Our work evolved Delta from a transport provider into a hospitality-led experience brand. We created a collection of warm, elevated, and caring spaces, services, and experiences that give tangible form and emotion to their Keep Climbing philosophy. As the brand continues to ascend, the passenger experience remains grounded in human-centric hospitality.

BLUE IS THE WARMEST COLOUR

Inspired by the notion that blue is the warmest colour, the Delta interior is a restful, inviting sanctuary. We curated a palette of deeply tactile textiles from intricate woven knits to soft pebbled grains that wrap the cabin in layered comfort. By pairing these rich fabrics with geometric hard finishes inspired by the Delta icon, we’ve created a distinctive setting that emotes a soulful sense of warmth.

SIGNATURE HORIZON LINE

The deeply tactile textiles are complemented by our 
Signature Red horizon line, a consistent thread of energy stitched across every seat and cabin that balances architectural precision with human warmth.

RESTFUL AMBIANCE

Our adaptive lighting blends indigo and amber to mimic the natural sky, washing the cabin in a signature glow. This seamless system balances clarity with an inviting warmth, accentuating our tactile materials to create a restful, rhythmic atmosphere that breathes with the traveler.
