Service as Future Mobility

We took Panasonic on a journey from a brand that designs objects, to one that influences urban service and culture.
This vision explores how technology can impact urban service and culture, transforming mobility into a high-performance
service platform.

Translating this strategy into a tangible ecosystem, we designed a modular fleet of autonomous vehicles tailored for dense urban environments. The work explores a definitive departure from private ownership, establishing a new model for integrated and intelligent infrastructure.

The fleet serves as an adaptive platform for brands and government organizations to deliver products and services with concierge-like precision. These services are engaged
and sorted via a seamless digital connectivity, transforming this high-performance infrastructure into a vital extension of city service and culture.

The flexibility of the fleet redefines ride-sharing by prioritising passenger comfort and operational efficiency. By shifting from private ownership to a shared, intelligent model, the system reclaims valuable urban space, reduces environmental impact, and uses real-time data to provide a faster, more inclusive service for the entire city.

Debuted at CES Las Vegas, these concept vehicles were realised through both small and real-scale models. They demonstrate how Panasonic’s autonomous mobility could positively impact urban life, bridging hardware with human-centric design to create a roadmap for a service-led future.
